الگوی روابط بین سرمایه اجتماعی و مدیریت دانش با گرایش های کارآفرینانه کارکنان شرکت صنایع کاشی اصفهان

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر به بررسی «روابط بین سرمایه اجتماعی و مدیریت دانش با گرایش های کارآفرینانه کارکنان شرکت صنایع کاشی اصفهان» پرداخته است. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه مورد مطالعه، کارکنان شرکت صنایع کاشی اصفهان به تعداد 420 نفر بودند که با استفاده از جدول نمونه گیری کرجسی و مورگان (1970) تعداد 200 نفر با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب گردید. ابزارهای اندازه گیری، پرسشنامه های سرمایه اجتماعی ناهاپیت و گوشال (1998)، مدیریت دانش فونگ و چوی (2009)، کارآفرینی صمد آقایی (1378) بودند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین سرمایه اجتماعی و ابعاد آن شناختی، ساختاری، ارتباطی با گرایش های کارآفرینانه رابطه مثبت و معنی دار وجود دارد. بین مدیریت دانش و تعدادی از ابعاد آن از جمله کسب، خلق، ذخیره، توزیع دانش با گرایش های کارآفرینانه رابطه مثبت و معنی دار وجود دارد. نتایج معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که سرمایه اجتماعی بر گرایش های کارآفرینی تأثیر مستقیم با ضریب 52/0 و غیرمستقیم از طریق مدیریت دانش با ضریب 19/0 داشته است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of the present study is to examine the relationship between social capital and knowledge management with entrepreneurial orientations of Isfahan Tile company staff. The research method was descriptive- correlational. The statistical population included 420 staff members of Isfahan Tile Company, from among whom 200 employees were selected as the research sample by simple random sampling based on kerjsi and Morgan (1970) Table. For data collection, Nahapiet and Ghoshal's social capital questionnaire (1998), Fung and Choii's knowledge management questionnaire (2009), and Samad Aqaei's entrepreneurship questionnaire (1998) were used. The data were analyzed through the use of Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between social capital and its dimensions (cognitive, structural, and communication) with entrepreneurial orientations. Also, there is a meaningful positive relationship between knowledge management and some of its dimensions such as acquisition, creation, saving, and distribution of knowledge with entrepreneurial orientations. The result of the structural equation modeling showed that social capital directly affects entrepreneurial orientations by 0.52 and knowledge management indirectly affects them by 0.19.
