بررسی تأثیر ارزش آفرینی استراتژیک سرمایه انسانی بر بهره وری نیروی انسانی به واسطه نقش میانجی بهروزی شغلی (مطالعه موردی: کارکنان بانک ملی استان آذربایجان غربی)

چکیده

مقااله حاضر تأثیر ارزش آفرینی استراتژیک سرمایه انسانی بر بهره وری نیروی انسانی به واسطه نقش میانجی بهروزی شغلی در کارکنان بانک ملی استان آذربایجان غربی را بررسی می کند. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر، کلیه کارکنان بانک ملی استان آذربایجان غربی است. حجم کل جامعه کارکنان 606 نفر بوده است که از این تعداد 235 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده اند. در سطح استنباطی برای آزمون فرضیه های تحقیق از آزمون های گلموگروف-اسمیرنف،r پیرسون و معادلات ساختاری با نرم افزار SPSS و لیزرل استفاده شده است. ابزار جمع­آوری داده ها، پرسش نامه های استاندارد می­باشد. که پس از سنجش روایی و پایایی آن، در اختیار نمونه­ آماری قرارگرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ های آماری از روش­های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد. برای تحقق اهداف تحقیق حاضر شش فرضیه اصلی تدوین گردید که جهت تایید یا رد فرضیه­ها از معادلات ساختاری(تحلیل مسیر) استفاده شد. نتایج بررسی حاکی از آن است که در چارچوب ابعاد بهروزی شغلی کارکنان،روابط سازمانی مثبت به اندازه(60/0)، خودپذیری حرفه ای به اندازه(51/0)، خودمختاری در شغل به اندازه(13/0)، هدفمندی شغلی به اندازه (27/0)، روابط تسلط بر محیط به اندازه (25/0)، پیشرفت در شغل به اندازه(40/0)، باعث افزایش تأثیر ارزش آفرینی استراتژیک سرمایه انسانی بر بهره وری نیروی انسانی می­شوند.

چکیده [English]

The current research examined the effect of strategic human capital value creation on labor productivity of the staff working at West Azarbaijan National Bank with a focus on career prosperity. The research population in this descriptive applied survey were the 606 staff at West Azarbaijan National Bank from whom a sample of 235 was randomly selected. The research data were collected using standardized questionnaires that were validated prior to the study. Descriptive and inferential statistical tests like Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, R-Pearson and Constructive Equations were run on the research data.  The findings regarding the extent to which various features of career prosperity can boost the effect of strategic human capital value creation on labor productivity revealed the effect of organizational relations (0.60), professional self-acceptance (0.51), career autonomy (0.13), career purposefulness (0.27), relation of environment dominance (0.25) and progress in career (0.40).
