Considering the importance of sustainability in the supply chain of companies that have project activity, this study aimed to design a model of effective factors on supply chain sustainability in project production. To this end, by investigating theories, concepts and applied studies, the enablers and effective factors on supply chain sustainability were identified. Then the interview protocol was developed. The research methodology is placed in the interpretive paradigm from philosophical point of view. The research has also a developmental and applied goal. The method of collecting information is via library and method of data collection was field method. In this research, interviews and questionnaires were used to obtain the views of the people. The number of experts was 10 of the managers and decision makers of Pars Garma Company, who were identified and selected using a judgment sampling method. The sample size was 155 that according to the Cochran formula, 120 people were selected. After collecting and analyzing the data, the results showed that the research model has 7 main dimensions of the project characteristics, contractors’ characteristics, managers’ characteristics, communication features, characteristics of supervisory organizations, performance evaluation and characteristics of the society and each of these dimensions has components. At the end applicable recomands are presented.
