بررسی تأثیر کارآفرینی سازمانی و جهت گیری کارآفرینی بر عملکرد سازمانی با نقش میانجی کارآفرینی استراتژیک در شرکت های صنعتی استان زنجان

چکیده

امروزه کارآفرینی و حرکت سازمان به سمت آن، یکی از روش‌های مهم در ایجاد مزیت رقابتی است که نوآوری را در سازمان نهادینه می‌سازد و در پی آن تعالی اقتصادی کشورها را در پی خواهد داشت. هدف از این مقاله توسعه یک درک بهتر از رابطه میان کارآفرینی سازمانی، جهت‌گیری کارآفرینی و عملکرد سازمانی در شرکت ­های صنعتی استان زنجان می ­باشد که از طریق ارزیابی تأثیر متغیر میانجی کارآفرینی استراتژیک بین سه متغیر فوق انجام شد. این پژوهش از بعد هدف از نوع کاربردی بوده و از جهت روش و شیوه کار از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی می ­باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه کارکنان شرکت‌های صنعتی استان زنجان بوده که از بین آنها 304 نفر به روش نمونه­ گیری تصادفی طبق ه­ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده­ ها     پرسش نامه کارآفرینی سازمانی و کارآفرینی استراتژیک (کانتو، 2016) می­ باشد و در طراحی آن مبادرت به استفاده از طیف لیکرت شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از مدل معادلات ساختاری از طریق نرم‌افزار PLS استفاده شد و نتایج نشان داد که متغیرهای کارآفرینی سازمانی و جهت­ گیری کارآفرینی بر کارآفرینی استراتژیک مؤثر بودند و متغیر کارآفرینی استراتژیک بر عملکرد سازمانی تأثیر مثبت داشت. از طرف دیگر تأثیر غیرمستقیم کارآفرینی سازمانی و جهت­ گیری کارآفرینی بر عملکرد سازمانی نیز مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.

چکیده [English]

Entrepreneurship and organizational orientation towards it is now considered an important method of enjoying a competitive climate to institutionalize innovation in the institutional organization and thereby bring about economic prosperity of the country. The purpose of this applied descriptive survey was to explore the relationship between organizational entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial orientation and organizational performance in industrial companies in Zanjan, Iran and to examine the effect of strategic entrepreneurship. The research population comprised all staff members working in the target industrial companies, from among whom a clustered sample of 304 was randomly selected. The research data were collected via the organizational and strategic entrepreneurship Likert scale questionnaire. The research data were further analyzed through Structural Equations Modelling and PLS software and the results showed that the organizational entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship orientation had a significant effect on strategic entrepreneurship which had a positive and significant impact on organizational performance. Moreover, the findings verified the indirect effects of organizational entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial orientation on organizational performance.
