بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر ناب بودن سازمان (مطالعه موردی)

چکیده

سیستم تولیدی ناب4 سیستمی است که با به چالش کشیدن نظام تولید انبوه، در مدت کوتاهی دستاوردهای عظیمی به دنبال داشته است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف به کارگیری این سیستم تولیدی در یکی از شرکت‌های بزرگ تولیدی کشور یعنی سیمان صوفیان انجام گردیده و تلاش دارد تا میزان ناب بودن مؤلفه‌های گوناگون تولید در این صنعت را ارزیابی نماید. در این رابطه فرآیند ارزیابی سریع کارخانه5 یوگن گودسان، استاد و محقق دانشگاه میشیگان به عنوان الگوی پایه انتخاب و مورد نقد و بررسی قرار گرفته و برای حذف نقاط ضعف، بهبود و توسعه لازم داده شده است.
بر این اساس متغیرهای اساسی و شاخص‌های مربوطه آنها شناسایی شده و با ارائه پرسشنامه تناسب‌سنجی، تناسب آنها با صنعت سیمان سنجیده شده است. پس از حذف شاخص‌های کم‌تناسب، با استفاده از متد AHP[1]، ضرایب اهمیت متغیرها و شاخص‌های مربوطه با استفاده از نظرات خبرگان محاسبه گردیده است. در نهایت با استفاده از این ضرایب اهمیت و نیز امتیازاتی که کارشناسان به وضعیت شاخص‌ها داده‌اند، میزان ناب بودن متغیرهای اساسی و نیز شرکت سیمان صوفیان با استفاده از روش دیمانسیون ابعادی (نرخ همگرایی)[2] مشخص گردیده و اولویت توجه به بهبود متغیرها تعیین گردیده و برای ایجاد چرخه بهبود، توصیه‌های لازم به مدیریت شرکت ارائه شده است.

چکیده [English]

Lean production is a system that challenges mass production system, and in a short time it has trailed great benefits. This study by examining this production system in one of the big production company in the country i.e.soufian cement co. tries to evaluate the extent of different production indices being lean in this industry. Regarding this , the rapid plant assessment process of Eugene Goodson, the professor and researcher at Michigan university, was chosen as a core pattern. it was studied and criticized, weak points were deleted, the necessary expansion and development were implemented. The essential factors and related indices were identified. Through the proportional assessment questionnaire their proportion with cement industry was measured. After eliminating the less proportional indices and the use of analytical hierarchy process (AHP), the coefficient importance of variables and related indices with the help of experts, were calculated. Finally this coefficient importance and the points that were given to the conditions of indices by experts the extent of essential variables being lean and the soufian cement company with the use of DOA method were identified. The priority attention to the improvement of variables and creating the improvement cycle have been suggested, to the cowpanys management.
