مطالعه تطبیقی هوش هیجانی مدیران استانهای آذربایجان شرقی و اصفهان و رابطه آن با میزان توسعه یافتگی هر یک از استانها

چکیده

امروزه بسیاری از سازمانها دستخوش تغییرند وهرگونه تغییر نیازمند کارکنان ومدیران است که انطباق پذیر بوده و با تغییرات سازگار شوند . در این میان تعامل اجتماعی به شیوه ای شایسته و ثمربخش برای بیشتر مدیران  به عنوان عنصر کلیدی در مدیریت تغییر سازمانی، اهمیت فزاینده ای دارد. توسعه و رقابت بین سازمانها را در آینده مدیرانی خواهند برد که بتوانند بطور اثر بخش با منابع انسانی خود ارتباط برقرار کنند . در این زمینه هوش EQ می تواند به میزان زیادی، در روابط مدیران با اعضای سازمان نقش مهمی ایفا کند. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل مدیران ارشد سازمانهای دولتی و صنعتی استانهای آذربایجان شرقی و اصفهان می باشد. در این پژوهش با جمع آوری اطلاعات مربوط به هوش هیجانی مدیران از طریق پرسش نامه وتعیین شاخص های توسعه یافتگی هر یک از استانها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss14 به تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات پرداخته شده است.نتایج بدست آمده بیانگر تفاوت جزئی بین هوش هیجانی مدیران دو استان و عدم وجود رابطه بین هوش هیجانی مدیران و توسعه یافتگی استان اصفهان نسبت به استان آذربایجان شرقی می باشد.

چکیده [English]

Nowadays, most of the organizations undergo changes and any change needs the staff and managers who are adaptable to changes. Meanwhile, the social interaction in a suitable and effective way has cumulative importance as a key element in the management of organizational change. In future development and competition between organizations would be won by managers who could interact with human resources effectively. In this regard, EQ intelligence could play a major role in the relations of management with the members of the organization. The statistical society of this research includes top managers of governmental and industrial organizations of East Azerbaijan and Isfahan. In this research, by collecting the related data of emotional intelligence of managers using questionnaire and determining the indices of development in each province, the data analysis was done using spss 14 software. The obtained results show minor difference between emotional intelligence of the managers in both provinces. Also, there is no relation between the emotional intelligence of managers and the development of Isfahan as compared to East Azerbaijan.
