بررسی وضعیت ویژگی‌های سازمانهای یادگیرنده و رابطه آن با خلاقیت کارکنان در سازمانهای دولتی استان آذربایجان غربی

چکیده

هدف کلی  مقاله حاضر سنجش وضعیت مولفه های سازمانهای یادگیرنده و بررسی رابطه آن با خلاقیت کارکنان در سازمانهای دولتی استان آذربایجانغربی است. در تحقیق حاضر از نظریه واتکینز و مارسیک (1996) به عنوان مبنای مطالعاتی سازمانهای یادگیرنده واز نظریه استاین به عنوان مبنای مطالعاتی خلاقیت استفاده شده است. فرضیه های تحقیق شامل یک فرضیه اصلی و هفت فرضیه فرعی می باشد. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش از نظر ماهیت و روش از نوع توصیفی –همبستگی است. جامعه مورد پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان سازمانهای دولتی استان آذربایجانغربی که بر اساس آمار اخذ شده از سازمان مدیریت و برنامه ریزی استان برابر با51058 نفر می باشد که از بین آنها با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای 380 نفربه عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شده است. ابزار اندازه گیری مورد استفاده در تحقیق حاضردو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته می باشد که قبلاً روایی و پایایی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفته است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های توصیفی بر اساس نرم افزار کامپیوتری SPSS از آمار توصیفی (فراوانی، درصد فراوانی، جداول، نمودار و ...) و جهت تحلیل داده های جمع آوری شده به منظور آزمون فرضیه‌های تحقیق از آمار استنباطی (همبستگی پیرسون) استفاده شده است. با توجه به تحلیل داده‌ها، همه فرضیه‌های تحقیق مورد تایید قرار گرفت.

چکیده [English]

The main purpose of the present paper is to measure the situation of learning organizations factors and study its relationship with the staff's creativity in the governmental organizations of west AzerbaijanProvince. Watkins and Marsic's Theory (1996) has been used as the theoretical frame to study the learning organizations, and Stein's Theory has been the theoretical basis to study creativity. The research hypotheses include one primary hypothesis and seven secondary hypotheses. The research is of descriptive-correlational type. The statistical population includes all the employees of the governmental organizations of west AzerbaijanProvince, totaling 51058 according to the statistics taken from the Administration and Planning Organization of the province. From among the total population, 380 people were selected as the research sample by using stratified-random sampling. The measuring tools are two researcher-devised questionnaires, the validity and reliability of which have already been confirmed. In order to analyze the descriptive data, SPSS software was used and to analyze the gathered data, inferential statistics (Pearson's correlation) was used to test the research hypotheses. According to the findings, all the research hypotheses were confirmed.
