بررسی و شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی و تعیین اولویت‌ آنها در بین کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد ایذه

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و اولویت­بندی عوامل مؤثر بر بهره­وری نیروی انسانی در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد ایذه انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد ایذه بود که از میان آنان 160 نفر به روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی- طبقه­ای انتخاب شدند. روش تحقیق، توصیفی- پیمایشی است و روش جمع­آوری داده­ها، کتابخانه­ای- میدانی می­باشد. به­طوری­که از پرسشنامه محقق­ساخته جهت جمع­آوری داده­ها استفاده گردید. همچنین، به­منظور بررسی پایایی پرسشنامه از آلفای کرونباخ و علاوه بر تأیید روایی محتوایی، برای سنجش روایی سازه از تکنیکهای تحلیل عاملی، آزمونهای بارتلت و KMO استفاده شده است. در راستای اهداف پژوهش، به­منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها، روش­های آماری از جمله آزمون تی­استیودنت و تحلیل واریانس (ANOVA) استفاده گردید. سپس جهت اولویت­بندی عوامل مؤثر بر بهره­وری نیروی انسانی در بین کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد ایذه از تکنیک­های MADM استفاده شد. یافته­های پژوهش نشان می­دهد که عوامل ساختاری و مدیریتی، عوامل مرتبط با شغل، عوامل فیزیکی و روانی محیط کار، عوامل فردی، عوامل ایجادکننده جوّ صمیمیت و همکاری بر بهره­وری نیروی انسانی دانشگاه تحت مطالعه مؤثر    می­باشند. همچنین نتایج حاصل از بکارگیری تکنیک­های MADM نظیر AHP و TOPSIS حاکی از آن است که"عوامل ایجادکننده جوّ صمیمیت و همکاری" موثرترین عامل بر بهره­وری کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد ایذه را دارا می­باشد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که «عوامل ساختاری و مدیریتی»، «عوامل مرتبط با شغل»، «عوامل فردی» و «عوامل فیزیکی و روانی» به ­ترتیب در اولویت­های بعدی هستند.

چکیده [English]

The present research aims to specify and rank the factors effective on the efficiency of the staff in Izeh Islamic Azad University. The statistical population includes all the staff of Izeh Azad University, from among whom 160 people were chosen randomly. This research is a descriptive survey and data gathering was done through both library and field methods. A researcher-made questionnaire was used for data collecting process. In order to analyze the data, we used T-student test and variance analysis (ANOVA). For ranking the factors effective on the efficiency of the staff, we used MADM techniques. The findings show that structural and management factors, professional factors, physical and mental factors in the work place, individual factors, and factors which provide intimacy and co-operations are the factors effective on the efficiency of human resource in this university. Furthermore, by using MADM techniques such as AHP and TOPSIS, we have drawn the conclusion that the factors providing intimacy and co-operation are the most effective factors on the efficiency of the staff in Izeh Islamic Azad University. Other effective factors are ranked as follows: structural and management factors, professional factors, individual factors and environmental and physical factors.
